Nani directs relocation of slaughterhouse in Eluru
Deputy Chief Minister and Health Minister Alla Nani has directed Shanivarapupeta Panchayat Secretary to move the abattoir to another place from the residential locality.
Eluru: Deputy Chief Minister and Health Minister Alla Nani has directed Shanivarapupeta Panchayat Secretary to move the abattoir to another place from the residential locality.
Nani instructed the secretary in the wake of a representation submitted to him by residents of the locality. A group of Muslims from the area met him and reported that health of the people of the area was affected by the existence of the slaughterhouse in the residential area. The happy gathering thanked the Minister for acting swiftly over their representation.
Nani also assured them to develop the Eidgah Masjid behind the Alluri Seetaramaraju Stadium. He said earlier, he had helped for construction of compound wall and directed the municipal commissioner to oversee on taxes which have become a burden. He also directed the MRO to provide patta for the land he had given to the Eidgah when he was MLA.
