Officials told to take steps to prepare layouts
District Collector D Muralidhar Reddy has directed the officials concerned to take appropriate steps to distribute house sites by preparing the layouts to the poor beneficiaries by Ugadi.
Kakinada: District Collector D Muralidhar Reddy has directed the officials concerned to take appropriate steps to distribute house sites by preparing the layouts to the poor beneficiaries by Ugadi. A review meeting was held at the Collectorate in Kakinada on Thursday.
Addressing the gathering, the Collector said that the officials should handover house sites to the beneficiaries by Ugadi festival. He also instructed the officials to expedite the land leveling activities in the Kakinada Revenue Division as part of the distribution of house sites for the poor.
He said that layouts should be prepared without disrupting the areas. He instructed the officials to make necessary arrangements to distribute house sites to the beneficiaries. He warned that he would not tolerate negligence in discharging the duties.
Joint Collector-2 G. Raja Kumari, GUDA Vice-Chairman M. Amarendranath, SE Nagaraju, Housing PD Prasad and others were present.
