PVP to file defamation case against leaders, media
YSRC Vijayawada MP candidate Potluri Veera Prasad on Saturday said that he would file defamation case in the court against those leaders and media who made baseless allegations against him.
Vijayawada: YSRC Vijayawada MP candidate Potluri Veera Prasad on Saturday said that he would file defamation case in the court against those leaders and media who made baseless allegations against him.
He said some leaders branded him as financial terrorist, black mailer and added unnecessarily linked his name to coal gate scam. Speaking to media at the state party office, Potluri Veera Prasad said that he would file defamation case on Monday for Rs 100 crore against media, which published the allegations on him and broadcast the news.
Potluri said that he would go as per law and would fight legally. He said some leaders made comments that there were CBI cases and money laundering cases pending against him and demanded that they could show the proof on it. He said he would teach a lesson to leaders and media for making derogatory comments and levelling false allegations.
