Rajamahendravaram: Income Tax department conducted a rally in the city here on Tuesday in connection with 159th Income Tax Day celebrations. The rally commenced at Pushkar Ghat and concluded at Income Tax office passing through Gokavaram bus station, Aryapuram and other localities.
The rally was aimed to bring awareness among people on proper payment of taxes for the development of the country. Income Tax principle commissioner M Sampat, commissioner Rajanis K Aravindam. Airport director M Raj Kishore, students and department staff participated.
