Special pujas held to mark beginning of Kartikha masam in Guntur
Special pujas were performed to Lord Amaralingeswara Swamy at Amaralingeswara Swamy temple in Amaravathi on Tuesday on the occasion of beginning of auspicious Karthika Masam.

Vedic scholars performed Ekadasa Rudrabhishekam, Bilvarchana, Abhishekams and performed puja with Maredu Dalams and flowers. Devotees took holy dip in the River Krishna and visited Amaralingeswara Swamy temple and offered prayers.
The Devastanam authorities made elaborate arrangements for the convenience of the devotees visiting the temple on the occasion of karthika masam. The RWS Department set up temporary rooms for the convenience of women. The temple authorities will perform special pujas to Lord Amaralingeswara Swamy till the completion of karthi masam.
