Tirumala: The Honourable Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi accompanied by his wife Smt Rupanjali Gogoi and daughter Ms.Rashmi Gogoi took part in Abhisheka seva of Lord Venkateswara on Friday morning early hours. CJI offered prayers at sanctum sanctorum of the Tirumala temple. Earlier, the top brass dignitary was given warm reception by TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal and JEO Tirumala KS Srinivasa Raju on his arrival at Maha dwaram. Later he was rendered Vedasirvachanam by Vedic scholars in Ranganayakula Mandapam.

He was presented with Theertha Prasadams and a laminated photo of Lord by EO and JEO. Temple Dy EO Haridranath, Peishkar Ramesh, Reception Officials Balaji, Lokanadham and Dist Judges were present. After completing the religious visit to Tirumala CJI Ranjan Gogoi has left to NewDelhi from Tirupati international airport by flight on Friday afternoon.

On the occasion, the Chittoor district Collector PS Pradyumna and other protocol officials have given warm sendoff to CJI at the airport language. Tirupati Urban Police have provided Z category security to CJI in his Tirumala tour as per government protocol.
