Tension prevails in Kuppam ahead of Chandrababu's visit as police stop vehicles

The ongoing tension continues in Kuppam of Chittoor district as the police stopped the campaign vehicle and sound vehicle which was provided for the visit of TDP chief Chandrababu in Kuppam. The driver of the campaign chariot was also arrested. Police stopped Chaitanyaratham and vehicles going from Kuppam to Shantipuram and deployed forces at Shantipuram.
The incident has created confusion in the TDP cadre as the police are sending back the activists who are coming for Chandrababu's meeting. Police restrictions were imposed at Peddur village of Chittoor district.
Meanwhile, Chandrababu will reach Peddur at 2 pm where TDP leaders will going to welcome Chandrababu.
