Tirupati: Telugu Desam party was established for the welfare of poor and always fights for achieving this goal, said former MLA M Sugunamma. She participated in the party's Mahanadu at her house in Tirupati held online from Amaravati. She reiterated that during TDP's tenure only, the two Telugu states have seen much development.
Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu has brought an image for Amaravati across the globe and always struggled for the poor. It is the time for every party worker to work hard towards party's victory in the local body polls, she appealed. Several party leaders like B L Sanjay, S Sudhakar Reddy, Pushpavathi Yadav, Vijayalakshmi, Santhamma, RC Muni Krishna and others have participated.
A big screen was set up at Sugunamma's residence to enable party leaders watch Mahanadu proceedings. Meanwhile, party politburo member G Aruna Kumari participated in Mahanadu from her house in Karakambadi near Tirupati.
