Vijayawada: APNGOs demand release of pending Dearness Allowance
Andhra Pradesh Non Gazetted Officers (APNGOs) president and the vice-president of the All India State Government Employees Federation (AISGEF), N Chandrasekhar Reddy has demanded that the State government immediately release the pending Dearness Allowance (DA) arrears.
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Non Gazetted Officers (APNGOs) president and the vice-president of the All India State Government Employees Federation (AISGEF), N Chandrasekhar Reddy has demanded that the State government immediately release the pending Dearness Allowance (DA) arrears.
He participated in the protest by the APNGOs association under the aegis of Western Krishna unit at the Association head office in Gandhi Nagar on Friday.
The APNGOs association staged the protest as part of the nationwide protest planned by the state government employees opposing the anti-employees and anti-workers policies being implemented by the state governments in the states.
N Chandrasekhar Reddy demanded that the State government immediately release the pending DA for 2020 January and July 2020. He said the state government issued orders for the freezing of DA January 2021 and congratulated the All India State Government Employees Association.
APNGOs association General Secretary Bandi Srinivas demanded that the state government release three DAs and implement the PRC. The APNGOs demanded that the Contributory Pension Scheme should be scrapped, contract system should be stopped in the government services and all employees should be regularized and fulfill other promises made in the manifesto.
APNGOs association leaders B Krupavaram, K Jagadeeswara Rao, A Vidya Sagar, Md Iqbal and others participated.
