Vijayawada: Minister Velampalli Srinivas inspects park in HB Colony
Endowments Minister Velampalli Srinivas and Municipal Commissioner Prasanna Venkatesh visiting HB Colony park in Vijayawada on Thursday
Vijayawada: Endowments Minister Velampalli Srinivas and Municipal Commissioner Prasanna Venkatesh asked the officials concerned to speed up the development works at the park in HB colony. The Minister and Commissioner visited the park on Thursday and discussed the ways to renovate the park. The Minister directed the officials to improve the greenery, speed up the pathway and lighting works. The officials explained the present condition of the park.
Later, the Minister asked the officials to verify if there was any scope for the construction of municipal complex near the vacant land. He directed them to improve sanitary conditions in the colony to prevent the outbreak of any diseases. The colony should be maintained neat and tidy, the Minister added.
