Eastern Naval Command (ENC) organised a walkathon at Dolphin Hill as part of the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations to commemorate the 144th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel here on Sunday.
Visakhapatnam: Eastern Naval Command (ENC) organised a walkathon at Dolphin Hill as part of the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations to commemorate the 144th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel here on Sunday.
Nearly 900 naval personnel including women and children participated in the 8-km long 'Unity Walk' enthusiastically. Flagged off by children in the presence of Flag Officer Commander-in-Chief, ENC Vice Admiral Atul Kumar Jain, the walkathon was followed by Hasya yoga. Awareness was also created on zero plastic usage.
