VIT-AP University conducted an expo at its Amaravati campus. It was a three-day Engineering Clinics Expo with themes “Innovative Projects using Raspberry Pi” for freshers and “System Design” for sophomores, where all the students worked on 326 projects and developed prototypes.

Vijayawada: VIT-AP University conducted an expo at its Amaravati campus. It was a three-day Engineering Clinics Expo with themes "Innovative Projects using Raspberry Pi" for freshers and "System Design" for sophomores, where all the students worked on 326 projects and developed prototypes. Some exceptional projects have been shortlisted for expo on Thursday.

Participant Dr D Subhakar said that concept of Engineering Clinics is drawn from idea that engineers require a place to get the hands on expertise of knowledge gained from the courses studied in their classrooms. Every student participates in a group project who comes across Engineering Groups (CSE, ECE and Mech) and applies the knowledge to create something special.

Seetaram Veladi, Associate Director Projects, CTS, Hyderabad, Arunachalam Jayaraman, Senior Director, Virtusa, Chennai, Rupendar Muthyala, Group Project Manager, Infosys, Hyderabad checked the concepts behind each innovation and decided the winners.
