Vizianagaram reports first coronavirus death
The Vizianagaram district has registered its first Corona death case.
Vizianagaram: The Vizianagaram district has registered its first Corona death case. A 60 years old woman of Chilakalapalli village in Balijipeta mandal has been suffering from serious kidney ailments and consulting the doctors at Vizag for the past few months. She is undergoing dialysis treatment at Visakha institute of medical science(VIMS) at Vizag.
Anyhow, the doctors there have conducted medical tests for with suspecting Corona and they got the result as positive. Later her family members and secondary contracts also were traced out by the district administration and collected the samples of the swab and sent for medical tests and they were sent to quarantine centres.
Meanwhile, on Saturday she has lost her life at VIMS at Visakhapatnam. As of now, the Vizianagaram district registered four positive cases.
