Cheekati Gadhilo, Puli Jhoodam collections report

In order to give a respite to Tollywood, which has been going through a dull phase since the last couple of months, two noted films have hit the screens on this Holi weekend. They are adult comedy Cheekati Gadhilo Chithakottudu and Malayalam dubbed film Puli Joodham.

Both the films have hit the screens on this 21st, on the occasion of Holi. But disappointingly, neither of them was succeeded in entertaining the audience. In Krishna district, Cheekati Gadhilo Cithakottudu has gained a share of Rs. 5.33 lakhs on its opening day while Puli Joodham managed to collect Rs. 3.50 lakhs.

Despite having star heroes like Mohanlal and Vishal, the latter has failed to cross the opening day collections of the adult horror comedy flick. But the disappointing reports of both the films are now worrying about the distributors. The fate of the films will depend on their Saturday and Sunday collections.
