Young actor Nikhil Siddhartha tied the nuptial knot with his longtime girlfriend Dr Pallavi Sharma on Thursday in a private wedding ceremony.
Young actor Nikhil Siddhartha tied the nuptial knot with his longtime girlfriend Dr Pallavi Sharma on Thursday in a private wedding ceremony. Adhering to the government norms, the wedding took place at a farmhouse in Hyderabad.
The 'Karthikeya' actor tied the sacred thread at around 6.30 in the morning. The intimate wedding was attended by close family and friends. Photos and videos from the wedding are going viral on social media.
While Nikhil wore a gold coloured sherwani for the wedding, Pallavi chose a red silk saree for her big day. The pre-wedding festivities began on Wednesday evening with the haldi ceremony. Nikhil chose a yellow kurta for the occasion and Pallavi looked gorgeous in a pink and violet silk saree.
Nikhil and Pallavi had earlier planned an elaborate wedding on April 15 and 16. However, due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, the couple had no choice but to postpone the wedding.
Considering that the lockdown is likely to extend, Nikhil and Pallavi's families decided to have an intimate wedding with close family members. There might be a grand reception for their extended family and industry colleagues once the lockdown is lifted.
Meanwhile, there were also memes on Nikhil wedding but the hero took them on lighter note and in fact he too shared a meme sort of thing. As we know, to keep Corona virus away, we need to have sanitizers while government has made masks mandatory. Also for the weddings, the government and police are giving strict guidelines to follow them.
