Making this hot and spicy south Indian chicken starter is quite easy whether you have a friend home for meal or have a crowd for a party. It is apt to make it, considering its simplicity and the great taste.

Step 1: Mix together 100gms of chicken, 100gms of refined flour and 50gms of corn flour. Add fine paste of 10gms ginger and garlic. Add enough water so that the chicken pieces are coated with the batter. Leave this for about 30minutes.

Step 2: Heat oil in a work or a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces over high heat to begin with and then lower the flame. Fry until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 3: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and add chopped curry leaves. Stir fry over high heat. Add 2gms of red chilly andsautee for a minute.

Step 4: Add 5gms chopped curry leaves to add south Indian flavour & 2gms of red chili, add salt, soy sauce, vinegar and toss everything well. Serve it hot.
