103 GITAM students picked for Decision Scientist role

Visakhapatnam: World reputed India-based Management Consulting company University, has selected 103 GITAM Deemed to be University engineering students during campus drive for the role of Decision Scientist. Mu Sigma is a leader in the decision sciences space, known to be the world's biggest and purest big data analytics & decision sciences company.
This year, Mu Sigma has introduced the role of Decision Scientist for engineering students from selected colleges across India. The selection process consisted of detailed Pre-placement talks, mu APT – an online test, Pseudo code & Case Study, GDs and set of Technical and HR interviews. The students have been selected based on excellence in academics, internship, projects and decision-making ability. Mu Sigma offers a handsome package in three jumps including the joining bonus of 5 Lakhs to all the selected students.
The selects will learn the concepts of decision sciences from scratch and have access to technologies used exhaustively and exclusively in the field, informed by GITAM Training & Placements Director Cdr.Gurumoorthy Gangadharan here on Thursday. Mu Sigma has chosen good number of girl students as part of Women Empowerment program and has also offered Internships in the final semester to selected students, he added.
