Why are we complex? This is a question each of us has to think through. Our personalities are made up with our innate experiences, thoughts - positive and negative, and phobias. We need to identify the problem areas by working on the negative areas. If we excude positivity, it's because of our internal mechanism, similarly a negative approach can be traced to a negative mindset or energy dominating such a behaviour.

It's good to be and think like a child. Children's energy is infectious. Children emanate positive energy unlike adults where the entire mechanism is built around people and wrong perceptions. This generates a negative approach in thinking. We draw positive vibes from the young. It's normally said be childlike because of the positive energy they spread. Being curious adds up to the positive energy vibes. It arouses curiously in others and generates positivity. Our relations improve manifold and we let our personality shine. Its a great momentum in building solid relations which add to positive synergies.

Fear emerges from lack of confidence and inner drive or motivation. Fear is an indicator of insecurity, it's an issue if surfaces, makes one weak. One can work on this phobia by evaluating the factors causing fear. By constant motivation, one can erase negative vibe. It has to be kept in balance.
