In this pic, Malaika is seen doing the 'Parivrtta Utkatasana' with much ease. As she is a pro in doing such expert poses, she is able to stay strong and fit even after crossing 40.
Well, know how to perform this pose through this step-by-step procedure…
1. First, begin standing straight and then bend your knees to come into a chair pose with your hands folded in a 'Namaste' pose.
2. Next, inhale and lengthen your spine bending towards your right side, resting your left elbow on the outside of your right knee.
3. Don't hunch your back and keep your palms together to keep your back long.
4. Thereafter, keep your knees together and lower your hips an extra-inch.
5. Finally, to come out of the pose, exhale untwist your back and repeat on the other side too.
Here is another good news for all the 'Yoga' freaks… Malaika will be live on Zoom app tomorrow @ 5:30 PM to inspire and celebrate the International Yoga Day with all her fans.
