Depressed over being alone, a 17-year-old intermediate student committed suicide here on Friday at Jeedimetla. She left a three-page suicide note behind before taking the extreme step.

Getting into details, Tulasi was brought by her grand mother after the death of her parents and was residing Nehru Nagar division of Suraram along with her grand mother Komali Bhai. She developed a relation with youngster who resides in the same colony. As her exams are nearing, the youngster asked her to concentrate on studies and stopped talking with Tulasi.
Meanwhile, Tulasi was being harassed by a group eve-teasers while on her way to college. She was upset as she had no one to share her ordeal and hanged herself when her grand mother is away from home.
Based on the complaint lodged by Komali Bhai, the police registered a case and are investigating.
