Fitness freaks urged to join rally on May 12
Greater Hyderabad has 170 gyms set up by GHMC apart from these there are 500 other private gyms. “We will conduct a rally and conference on Saaf Hyderabad-Shandar Hyderabad on Necklace Road on May 12 with these daily fitness freaks,” said GHMC Commissioner Dana Kishore.

A review meeting was held with the zonal and deputy commissioners on Friday at GHMC head office regarding the issues related to revenue development in the GHMC, Saaf Hyderabad-Hyderabad-Shandar program and resolving civil complaints.
Commissioner Dana Kishore said just as people like to stay fit and healthy, same attention they should pay to keeping city fit in all aspects like cleanliness and greenery.
An awareness programme will be held on May 12 in this regard, he noted. Zonal and deputy Commissioners have been asked to speak with gyms managements and make them part of Saaf Hyderabad-Shandar Hyderabad programme.
