Idols installation tomorrow in Patancheru
The procession of Lord Ganapathi idol along with Navagraha Sametha Spatika Linga in Bhanoor village will take place on February 19.
Patancheru: The procession of Lord Ganapathi idol along with Navagraha Sametha Spatika Linga in Bhanoor village will take place on February 19. Minister T Harish Rao, MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, MLA G Mahipal Reddy will attend the installation ceremonies on February 19, said former Sarpanch Meghamala Srihari here on Sunday. The process of the installation of idols which began from February 16 will continue for three days.
The procession of idols was taken out in Bhanoor with cultural artistes presenting dance performances. On Monday morning, events such as 'Ganapathi prayers,' 'Shanti Patam,' 'Gopuja,' 'Bhumi Puja,' 'Agni Prathishta,' 'Navagraha Vastu,' and 'Mangala Harathi' will be conducted.
Tuesday's events include 'Gopuja,' 'Shanti Patam,' 'Avahitha Devatha Puja,' homam, 'Durga Sapta Shathihavanam.' On Wednesday morning there would be installation of idols of deities in the presence of Sri Madhavananda Saraswati Swamy, Srini Sivacharyulu, Somalinga Shiva Charyulu, said Srihari.
