Nala turns into dump yard

Just before driving onto Bharat Nagar Bridge from Moosapet, there is a small lane off to the side leading to a shortcut to Balanagar. Here, there is a nala running under the roads, which is unguarded on all sides.

The fences separating the nala from the road can be seen destroyed, and garbage is thrown alongside it. A few floating pieces of trash can be seen in the water too.
The garbage is taken care of by setting it on fire. Besides all these environmental hazards, there is at least a 5-foot drop down to the canal, which is also a cause for concern.
