Nampally: TS Haj Committee received a total of 5,050 online applications, including 170 under reserved category (for above 70 years) for the Haj-2020. The last date for the online Haj applications Is November 10.

In a media statement, Haj Committee Chairman Mohammed Masiullah Khan informed that the draw of lots would be held in second week of December and vaccination camp for selected Haj pilgrims would start from April 1,2020.

The process of selection and training of Khadim-ul-Hujjaj (Haj Volunteers) will begin in the month of February 2020. He also informed that the departure of Haj pilgrims for Haj-2020 would start on June 25,2020.

TS Haj Committee, Assistant Executive Officer, Irfan Shareef said that, those who have machine readable passports with expiry on or before January 20, 2021 are eligible to apply Haj online application from official website of Haj Committee of India or they can also apply from their mobile phones.

He said that the pilgrims should upload their required documents before submitting their Haj online application as per the guidelines.
