People told to observe dry day every Friday at Tulasinagar Colony

Local corporator Kaleru Padma has called for observance by people of dry day every Friday. She went round houses in Tulasinagar Colony, urging residents to keep their water containers, like drums and tanks, clean and dry once a week.

She went round houses in Tulasinagar Colony, urging residents to keep their water containers, like drums and tanks, clean and dry once a week. She was accompanied by GHMC Deputy Commissioner Venugopal, assistant engineer Mahesh, Venkat and malaria sanitation wing.
Padma stated that the dry day would ensure that there was no scope for mosquitoes, keeping the houses clean and would make sure that the residents are not afflicted by diseases. Among those who accompanied her were party activists Bharat Mudiraj, Lakshman, Santosh, Naresh, Uma, Govind, Anjayya and Rajayya.
