Secunderabad: South Central Railway GM Gajanan Mallya holds review meeting on safety
South Central Railway (SCR) General Manager Gajanan Mallya on Monday conducted a detailed review on safety, loading and punctuality aspects of the zone at Rail Nilayam here, with principal heads of departments and senior officials.
Secunderabad: South Central Railway (SCR) General Manager Gajanan Mallya on Monday conducted a detailed review on safety, loading and punctuality aspects of the zone at Rail Nilayam here, with principal heads of departments and senior officials. Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs) of all the six divisions viz., Vijayawada, Guntakal, Guntur, Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Nanded Divisions participated through video conference.
Gajanan Mallya emphasised on strict adherence to safety procedures and sensitization of staff regularly to inculcate good working practices in train operations. He also conducted a detailed review of the loading performance of the zone and instructed the officials to put all the efforts to improve further. He instructed the officials to draw the action plans in advance to improve cement, food grains and fertilizers loading and speeding up of freight movements etc. He also advised the officials to maintain the Punctuality of trains by prioritizing safety measures.
