Vijayawada: The PG Department of Commerce and Business Administration of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science organised a seminar on 'Future of Work in Learning Business Landscapes' in association with National HRD Networks, Vijayawada chapter on Saturday. The programme was headed by the college dean Rajesh C Jampala.
The chief guest of the programme Dasari Ramakrishna, MD of Efftronics Pvt Ltd said that disruption in many fields happen. Deep thinking, digital connect (25 billion by 2020), artificial reality, augmented reality, machine learning are used in making roads and there will be a metamorphosis business models, he said.
Israel Inabaraj, HR GM, TCS ltd, Chennai said that passion, competitive skills, knowledge and adoptability marketing is the cutting edge for youngsters in this world. Empathy, creativity and innovation are the key differentials in an organisation's success, he added.
