Hold discussions with APSRTC MD Dwaraka Tirumala Rao and other officials on the merger of the RTC with the AP State govt

VIJAYAWADA: Senior officials of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) visited the APSRTC House in Vijayawada and met the APSRTC Managing Director Dwaraka Tirumala Rao and other officials and discussed the merger of the APSRTC with the State government.

The TSRTC officials have made this visit in view of the Telangana government passing a Bill in the State Assembly for merger of TSRTC with the State government.

Vijaya Pushpa Kumari visited the RTC House in Vijayawada to study the merger of RTC with the government and treat the employees as the government employees.

APSRTC MD Dwaraka Tirumala Rao presided over the meeting. The officials of the two corporations discussed various issues like benefits of merger, employees welfare, financial matters etc.
