In an incident, an 8-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her cousin and later died while undergoing treatment in the hospital. This crime has happened at Noida in Uttar Pradesh.
According to the police, The accused identified as Jeetu (19), a native of Bihar and resides along with his parents at Salarpur in Noida. His maternal uncle also stays at a distance in the same village.
In this context, Jeetu has an eye of his uncle's 8-year-old daughter and took her to an isolated place and raped her on Saturday. Later, he thrashed her severely and flew away from the spot.
The locals noticed the girl with severe injuries rushed her to the hospital, where she died while receiving treatment on Sunday. Upon receiving the information, the police registered a case and initiated the investigation. The investigation revealed that the girl was last seen with her cousin. With this, the police took the accused into their custody.
