Bangalore: Central Crime Branch police on Saturday arrested four teenagers here who were operating high-tech brothel houses over the Internet and rescued ten young girls. Joint Police Commissioner Sandeep Patel released the details on Saturday. The accused unidentified as Kumar from Rajajinagar, Bharat Kumar from BTM layout, Raghu from Ezipura and Prajwal from Kodichikkanahali have reportedly brought the young girls of other states into the prostitution industry under the pretext of a job.

Thousands of young women were sent photos on the mobile site via the Locanto website, which attracted thousands. Cases have already been registered against the accused at various police stations in the city.

"Ten young women were rescued by the police from the gang with the information received about the whereabouts of the gang through the internet, " the Joint Police Commissioner said.
