Strict action of Delhi government, FIR lodged against Sir Ganga Ram Hospital

New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party government of Delhi today filed an FIR against Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. These FIRs are registered under the Pandemic Diseases Act. An FIR has been lodged at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for violation of Coronavirus testing rules.

This FIR states that it was mandatory for hospitals to follow the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and collect samples only through the RT PCR app. Sir Ganga Ram did not use RT PCR to collect samples. However, the Kejriwal government had also issued a notice on June in this context to the private hospital.

Today, CM Arvind Kejriwal said in a digital press conference that despite government orders some private hospitals are being arbitrary at the behest of their bosses, they will not be spared.
