Compilation of Acharya Athreya lyrics released
A bound compilation consisting lyrics penned by Acharya Athreya for Telugu superhit classics was released at an event organised by several cultural associations in the city on Saturday.

Veda Gangothri Foundation, Andhra Arts Academy, Acharya-Athreya Sahithipeetham together released the book of lyrics compiled by Jayanthi Chakravarthy, which is published by JP Publications. The book was formally released by advocate and chairman of Veda Gangothri foundation G V N R S S S Vara Prasad while the president of Bezawada Bar Association Ch Manmadha Rao attended as chief guest of the event.
General Secretary of Andhra Arts Academy Golla Narayana Rao presided over the event and spoke on the style, language and impact of Acahrya Athreya. Singers Hari Krishna, Satyavardhan, Durga Nagamani, Chandana, Pragna, Keerthana have sung songs that stood out to be popular among his writings.
