Honda has been launching cars this year one after the other. Their first car to launch this year was the Amaze facelift, then came the BR-V in mid-2016. Now it’s time for the Brio facelift to launch followed by the new Accord hybrid. The updated Brio has started reaching the dealerships ahead of its launch in October.

The Honda Brio facelift launch is expected to happen in the first week of October. The updates include revised front grille, which get piano black finish and a new bumper. However, the side profile and the rear get almost no changes. The interiors get maximum revisions. The new dashboard is borrowed from the updated Amaze that looks good.

The dashboard of the updated Honda Brio now looks more symmetrical than before, which earlier had some panel gaps and mismatched colour tones. The new interior is themed in black with silver accents on the dashboard. The centre console offers a new audio system with Bluetooth connectivity but there is no touchscreen on offer.

You will now get the automatic climate control system in the Brio, which was sorely missing since many hatchbacks in this segment come with this feature. The instrument cluster gets updated with new blue rings and a new MID that will display fuel efficiency figures. The 1.2-litre petrol engine option will remain unchanged and there will be no diesel on offer.
