A brief note on the activities being undertaken under CSR for promoting education are: Total No. of Schools in two panchayats- 10 (one High School, three Upper Primary and six Primary Schools) and a Pvt School at Bhyravapalem. Total combined strength 2000 students.

Education Kit:
Since 2006, distributing Education Kits consisting of Note Books, two pairs of uniform, Shoes and school bag to all the students. (Budget Rs 35 lakh)
Reliance Dhirubhai Ambani Protsaham:
To encourage the poor, potential and brilliant students to pursue Intermediate Course (two years.) in corporate collages. This year 94 students were selected and joined Sri Chaitanya Jr College. Until this year, the total students supported/benefited under the scheme are 1800. Total budget for this programme is Rs. 80 lakh per year.
Infrastructure:
Providing infrastructure like benches, tables, chairs, black boards and additional class rooms wherever required. In the year2015 they constructed additional school building at Gadimoga involving cost of Rs 5 lakh, and in 2016 constructed additional class rooms at Chinavalasala school which costedRs 20 lakh and this year 2017 we have proposed an additional school building at Bhyravapalem High School, the estimated cost of which wasRs20 lakh. Also provided school benches to all the schools. These benches were made by inmates of Rajahmundry Central Jail.
Digital Class Rooms:
Organised digital class rooms at two schools namely Gadimoga Upper Primary School and Bhyravapalem ZPHS.
Vidya Volunteers:
We are providing the services of Vidya Volunteers where subject teachers are not available.
School Sanitation:
We have provided housekeeping staff including consumables to all the schools in Gadimoga and Bhyravapalem panchayat to maintain sanitation.
Computer Aided Learning Centres:
Established Computer Aided Learning Centres at ZPHS, Bhyravapalem, ZPHS, Tallarevu, Upper Primary School, Gadimoga, Tribal Girls Ashram School at Irlapalli and provided computers to all others schools. Also provided qualified computer instructors at all these schools.
Village Knowledge Centre:
Established Village Knowledge centres in Gadimoga, Pedavalasala, Chinavalasala and Bhyravapalem villages. Provisioned all these centres with all types of books/magazines, including preparatory material for competitive examinations, newspapers etc.
Reliance Dhirubhai Ambani Quiz:
We are conducting Quiz programme to all the Government and Private High Schools in the District since year 2010. This initiative has immensely benefited students in bringing their latent talent to the lime light and in developing competitive spirit among them. Successfully completed seven years. An estimated budget of Rs 20 lakhs was incurred for the conduct of this event and around 2000 students are participating in the quiz programme conducted in four centres viz. Kakinada, Amalapuram, Rajahmundry and Rampachodavaram.
Model Anganwadi Centre in Gadimoga:
RIL renovated the existing Panchayat Building as a Model Anganwadi Centre with budget outlay of about Rs 10 lakh in the year 2016. Colorful Teaching and Learning paintings were painted on inside and outside building walls.
This year 2017, we have proposed new Buildings to GadimogaAnganwadiCentres and the estimated cost of which wasRs 20 lakhs.
Safe Drinking Water for School Children:
RIL installed mini Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants at six schools in Gadimoga Panchayat with a capacity of 50 Ltrs per hour.
Toilet facilities for School Children:
RIL constructed new toilet blocks in some schools in addition to renovating the existing toilet facilities (constructed by RIL in 2010) at an estimated cost of Rs 50 lakh.
