The collector was speaking at the inauguration of a five-day youth training programme organised under the aegis of “Kaushal Godavari”, a skill development initiative in Vidhana Gowthami hall at Collectorate in Kakinada on Tuesday.

In this connection, the collector said that having the technical knowledge on utilising gadgets and devices is essential and this would help the candidates to get profits on their investments; the trained youth would be encouraged by extending financial assistance through banks under different schemes, he assured.

The Collector said that “Kaushal Godavari” would take up this training at assembly constituency level in the district shortly. He further told that training would be given to the youth in beautician course, cable TVs, computer hardware, AC mechanism, lift, escalator, vacuum cleaners, mixers, grinders and, automobile repairing.
