Justice Ramana to take charge as acting CJ today

Justice N V Ramana will take charge as Acting Chief Justice of the A P High Court on Monday.The earlier Acting C J Justice V Eswaraiah , who was in that position for just one day, had demitted office on Saturday. Since Justice Ramana will only be an Acting C J there will be no formal swearing in ceremony. He will simply assume the charge and function, till the Supreme Court makes further arrangements.
