T students from UoH all praise for Dy CM
About 100 students of the University of Hyderabad under the leadership of Siluveru Harinath, founder of Telangana Student Association (TSA), met Deputy Chief Minister Damodara Raja Narasimha at his office on Friday.
The students congratulated Raja Narasimha as the UPA government decided to form separate Telangana state. They lauded the Deputy Chief Minister for his efforts in the formation of separate state. Harinath urged Raja Narasimha to strive for employment opportunities to students from Dalit and Bahujan communities in the new separate state.
He stated that the communities needed special attention for their uplift as they had not been offered enough education and employment opportunities in the past. “The deputy CM assured us of appropriate steps in order to introduce various welfare schemes in the new state,” said the students.
Students Suman, Rajender, Nagaraju, Trilok, Eshwar, Shyam, Ranjith, Naveen, Krishnaveni, Hari, Venkatesh, Ashok, Shankar and Swamy were part of the delegation.
