Hyderabad: While a special meeting of the Union Cabinet is scheduled to be held on December 4 to discuss the report of the Group of Ministers (GoM), set up to look into the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and the draft Telangana Bill, the state cabinet will meet a day ahead on December 3.

The state cabinet which will be meeting after a gap of two months will most probably decide on the date to convene the winter session of the Assembly as it has to meet before December 20.
The meeting also assumes importance as the T ministers have been highly critical of the Chief Minister for his strident pro united Andhra stand and have been openly expressing their ire against Kiran Reddy.
There has been a clear rift between the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister C Damodar Rajanarsimha, who had been criticising the Chief Minister from every possible platform.
