Quotas for Weaker Sections Urged, New State of Telangana, Samskruthika Samakhya. Vimalakka, founder, Arunodaya Samskruthika Samakhya, pointed out that the manner in which weaker sections put up a brave fight in the separate state movement would be repeated for achieving the cause of ‘social justice’ after formation of Telangana.
Hyderabad: Weaker sections should be provided ample opportunities on political front in the new state of Telangana, observed speakers at a round table organized by Telangana Rashtriya Lok Dal ( TRLD) at its Barkatpura office on Sunday. Speaking at the event, Dilip Kumar, MLC observed that social justice could be achieved only by implementing reservations in politics according to the population demographics of all sections.
Vimalakka, founder, Arunodaya Samskruthika Samakhya, pointed out that the manner in which weaker sections put up a brave fight in the separate state movement would be repeated for achieving the cause of ‘social justice’ after formation of Telangana.
Juluri Gowrishankar, president, Telangana Writers Association, felt that social justice couldn’t be achieved by placing ‘red flags’ in the lands after formation of Telangana.
