After a gap, the winter session of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly will start on Friday. It is envisaged that the T-bill will produce heat in this winter season, inside Andhra Pradesh state assembly as it is more likely that there will be a definite debate on Telangana bill.
It is evident that the President of India has given time till January 23 for expressing the opinion of the legislative members on Telangana draft bill. The bill should be returned by January 23, as no extra time will reportedly be granted.
Before the actual bifurcation of the state, the leaders are already dived on regional front. Adding fuel to the fire, the recent episode of shifting portfolios between the ministers turned another hot topic for discussions. The entire thing is likely to cause chaos inside the state assembly.
