Hyderabad: The Telugu Desam Party senior leader Payyavula Keshav on Tuesday said TDP party gave ultimatum to the Chief Minister for the procurement of ‘complete Telangana draft bill’ till Wednesday. Further, said Payyavula, if the Chief Minister fails to provide them the complete report, they will consider that Chief Minister does not have sincerity to keep the state united. He questioned the YSR congress party members what would they achieve by united Andhra Pradesh resolution; and asked to whom the report will be sent after passing the resolution.
From the other side, the speaker of the state assembly Nadendla Manohar received many urges from the leaders of various parties regarding the debate on Telangana draft bill. In a letter addressed to the speaker, the TDP leaders Revant Reddy and Ravula Chadrasekhar Reddy mentioned that the speaker has no right to request for any changes in the draft bill.
The congress MLA, Sridharbabu said the speaker is intended to send the opinion on the bill and there should not be any voting on the issues mentioned in the Telangana draft bill. It is learnt that Sridharbabu has sent a letter to the speaker seeking withdrawal of proposal for amendments in Telangana bill.
