It is learnt that the Chief Minister has also sought information from him to clarify if the bill sent to the state assembly was a draft version or the final Bill. Kiran reportedly urged the president to send the final bill which will be tabled in the Parliament.

In the state assembly lobby, the Chief Minster addressed the media and asked all those who have been questioning the status of the bill to go through the rules. He said that only the final bill is supposed to be sent to the state assembly and not the draft.
