Hyderabad: The CPM party Chief Secretary, Prakash Karat on Saturday said that the party stand on Telangana issue remained intact and there was no change.

Karat addressed the media and said that there was no idea for him regarding the formation of a third front, as of now. He said they are in the process of joining the parties other than Congress and BJP on a single rope. Further, he said they consider YSR Congress Party as a secular party. CPM has planned to contest in 8 states for as many as 35 constituencies by now, added Karat. He said the Congress party has been bringing forward the women reservation bill and other bills with the vested interest of getting benefitted in the looming elections.
