Anantapur: Two lawyers – Mallikarjuna and Naganna hailing from Anantapur have filed a case against the UPA Chairperson, Sonia Gandhi and the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh stating that they have taken up the process of state bifurcation against the spirit of the Constitution of India. The honourable court has accepted the petition and issued summons to Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh and 6 other Cabinet Minister in the union government. The case has been adjourned till April 11, 2014.

It is worth mentioning here that the state bifurcation issue has congregated bifurcated opinions over a period of time. Few people have been favoring the state bifurcation, while few others have been opposing the cause. Whatsoever the case, it shouldn’t cause a ditch between the people of either region.
