Hyderabad: The government issued orders enhancing the honorarium of part time village revenue officers (VROs) from Rs 4,900 to Rs 10,000.
There was a long-pending demand of AP Revenue Service Association to enhance the honorarium of part-time VROs.
The Association submitted several representations to the government on the issue. They requested the government to increase their salary as their work was equal to regular VROs. The government took the decision after careful examination.
