TITA has organized ‘TITA Morning Walk for Healthy Telangana’ campaign to raise the awareness among citizens to recognize and realize how important it is for each one of us to vote.

“People in Telangana are set to cast their vote on 30th April in the world’s biggest general elections and also this is the first general elections after announcement of Telangana state which is very crucial for rebuilding Telangana. We request every individual to go out and cast their vote as a responsible citizen. Social responsibility comprise a number of things, exercising the vote is one among them which is the most important commitment. IT professional’s votes are very important as there will be no influence of one particular community or religion on them. There are more chances of choosing the right candidates if every IT Professional exercise their vote. Voting is an expression of one’s identity and it is very important for everyone to utilize the opportunity on 30th April with proper decision” said, Sundeep Kumar Makthala, Founder & President, TITA.
“For the first time in general elections, voters will be able to exercise the NOTA (None of the Above) option. However we are seeing somewhat better candidates now after introducing the NOTA option. There is a myth that Information Technology professionals won’t cast their vote, but this time there will be more percent of voting from IT professionals, Thanks to Government of India for declaring the Paid Holiday on the day of poll and request all the IT Companies to announce the Paid Holiday.” Said Naveen Reddy Gaddam, Vice President, TITA
.
“ITIR project will create lakhs of direct and indirect jobs, direct employment in the industry is going to increase from 3 lakh to 15 lakh and indirect employment will be increased from 12 lakh to 50 lakh. Tier-II cities in Telangana like Warangal, Karimnagar, Nalgonda, Medak will also attract huge investments from globalized business if the upcoming government in Telangana provides good governance with proper management and administration. This is very crucial time for Telangana people to give the right decision by choosing the right candidates. Polling day is not a holiday to enjoy, it is a responsible time to contribute for us and for our society.” Said TITA General Secretary Manoj Enaganti.
