KCR Preferred Upper Caste Candidates For His Cabinet: Jeevan Reddy. Jeevan Reddy, an MLA of Congress Party and the former minister in the state cabinet, has expressed his discontentment over the composition of KCR’s newly formed cabinet.
Hyderabad: Jeevan Reddy, an MLA of Congress Party and the former minister in the state cabinet, has expressed his discontentment over the composition of KCR’s newly formed cabinet. He addressed the media on Tuesday and said that KCR’s cabinet lacks of social justice. Further, he said that KCR has preferred upper caste candidates as his cabinet minsiters. Jeevan Reddy said that KCR who once announced Chief Minister Post for a Dalit has restricted it to Deputy Chief Minister Portfolio.
Jeevan Reddy further said that Golden Telangana was possible only with societal Telangana. He demanded for the financial aid to the Martyr families from the government. He also demanded that the leaders who were caged during the Telangana agitation should be given the status of freedom fighters. Finally, Jeevan Reddy said that it was unfair for KCR that he didn’t thank Sonia Gandhi who gave Telangana bowing to many difficulties, in the capacity of the Chief Minister of Telangana.
