He said that he was frightened staying in Andhra Pradesh. He called on governor early on Monday accompanied by the locally available MLAs and MLCs of his party. He brought into the notice of the governor of the alleged fracas created by Telugu Desam Party during the civic polls. It is learnt that he had submitted some evidences for the same to the governor.

Later, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy addressed the media and said that it was heinous that TDP have declared winning of their candidates, after throwing away the YSR Congress Party leaders forcibly and not allowing them to participate in the polls. He said that Telugu Desam Party has been behaving in an undemocratic way making democracy to bend with a sort of shyness. He urged the governor to intervene in this matter and initiate necessary action.
