Kodela Shiva Prasada Rao will be delivering the welcoming speech, before commencement of the classes. Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan, the Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, the Union Minister for Urban Development and Parliamentary Affairs Venkaiah Naidu, and the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu will be taking part as in the mentioned programme as the chief guests.
