Teacher attempts to molest deaf girl, A teacher in a school for physically challenged tried to molest a deaf and mute girl here two days back. However, the parents of the girl, who noticed the girl in disturbed condition, learnt about the incident from her on Thursday.
Nellore: A teacher in a school for physically challenged tried to molest a deaf and mute girl here two days back. However, the parents of the girl, who noticed the girl in disturbed condition, learnt about the incident from her on Thursday. The irate parents went to the school run by Pragati Charities at Ayyappa temple and thrashed the teacher before handing him over to police. The teacher Arava Paul Bhaskar, who joined the school recently, accosted the girl studying fifth class in the class room. However, she managed to escape from him and went home. She did not immediately report the issue to her parents. The worried parents asked her as to why she was not going to school for the last two days. Then she narrated the incident. After learning about it, the parents along with their relatives went to the school and thrashed the teacher before handing him over to police. The police registered a criminal case against the teacher and investigation is on.
